New Developments

Okay, I'm taking the time to re-visit some shots from the past... as you can imagine I have quite a large portfolio, and I've decided to go back through the shots to see if I can improve what's there by re-developing them using new Photoshop techniques I've learned and the new NIK Software add-ons to Photoshop that I've preciously discussed.  Here's 2 new files,  first the before:

And the new version:

What do you think.. please comment.  There will be more dramatic differences as we go along.  This is a shot that I did a better job of correcting the perspective on from the earlier shot and the sharpening is much better.  I took this shot back in August of 2006.  It is of the Greek Othodox Church located in the Oakland Hills.  I took this just prior to a wedding ceremony from the balcony of the church.  Perfect timing in that I could get the shot while people were getting ready without bothering them and the sactuary was in almost perfect condition in preparation for the wedding,  The church was open and the participants were too busy to notice our presence as we stayed out of the way.  I was with my good friend David Smith.  Enjoy
